Clark Hatch International Ltd ("CHI) is one of Asia's largest fitness club and spa operators and currently operates over 50 health clubs in 9 countries within Asia Pacific and has over 29,000 full-time members.

CHI together with its group of companies and associates ("The Group") manages fitness clubs and spas ranging from 4,500 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft in major Asian cities that are predominantly located in luxury hotels such as Hilton, Inter-Continental, Sheraton and Sofitel. Whilst most of these clubs are operated through management contracts with these hotel chains, The Group also has purpose-built clubs in commercial properties and upscale residential development which are held on lease arrangements.

CHI is the only fitness club and spa operator operating in Asia which can boast an uninterrupted 40-year history and was the pioneer of fitness centers in most Asian countries, including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China. CHI currently has its head office in Kuala Lumpur where it also plays a dominant position in the fitness industry.

To-date, CHI has been opening an average of one club every two months, over the past 5 years, and generates annual gross revenue of over U$4 million.
